Defective Item Return and Refund Policy

However, in the rare event that you receive a defective item, we want to ensure that the return and refund process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return due to a defect, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be reported as defective within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Return Process
If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@z3nfanoflego.zendesk.com within 30 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photographs of the defective item.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the item is indeed defective, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
In some cases, you may prefer to exchange a defective item for a new one instead of receiving a refund. If you would like to request an exchange, please mention this when you contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
